🌿Days off are for self-care rituals. Mine is to head to the beach, first thing in the morning, to indulge in a barefoot walk along the shoreline.
🌿Connecting with the earth🌏, water🌊, and nature🌱 is a wonderful way to ground the body and calm the Central Nervous System.
🌿Listening to the soothing sound of the waves allows for quiet contemplation of the day ahead.
🌿During this time, I get my thoughts in order and set my intention for a positive day.
🌿I was so deep in thought, this morning, that I missed my set of steps back up to the carpark!😊
🌿I love to end the walk with an invigorating dunk in the sea before heading home to get started on my day!
