Self-Care Mini-Retreat

An absolutely lovely morning spent with these beautiful Ladies at our Self-Care Mini-Retreat this morning.๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ’ž



Sang, from Yoga with Sang, led us in a beautiful yoga and meditation session that left us floating on a sea of peace and contentment as we united with our soul sisters and gave blessings for the beautiful day! ๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ“ท๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ“ท๐ŸŒŸ



Sharing food and stories brought us together as we shared common ground and discovered new friends! ๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿฅ•



Connecting with, and being present for, each other is so important for our well-being, Nourishing our body with an array of healthy food and a gentle yoga session soothes the soul and recharges the body, enabling us to set our intentions for the week ahead.๐Ÿ“ทโ˜ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ



Taking time out to care for ourselves - to nurture our mind, body and soul - recharges us, giving us space to be the best version of ourselves.๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ™Œ

I so enjoy creating a space where we women can come together to nurture, and be nurtured.๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿ˜
