Meditation is an important part of my morning routine... helping me to centre and ready myself for the day ahead. Meditation can be useful for sleeping better, reducing stress, and calming a busy mind. As little as 5 minutes a day can have a positive effect on your outlook for the day. I use the meditation App 'Insight Timer'... it's amazing! Just pop in how much time you have and select a meditation that resonates with you. Here's one I've been listening to lately.
