Chicken, or beef, broth, usually simmered for 12-24 hours, is full of vitamins and nutrients from the vegetables, garlic and bones, and is an age-old cure for what ails you!
Our grandmothers certainly had the right idea!

We shredded the cooked chicken and added it back to the strained broth, and added some chopped fresh parsley to make a delicious nurturing meal.👏🙂
