  • How do I order Readymade Meals?

  • I'm just about to order a Readymade Meal but there isn't an option for delivery in the cart, just Pickup. How do I continue?
    For FIRST TIME ORDERS, your address needs to be entered for the Delivery Options to appear. If you can only select the 'Pickup' Option, just click 'Continue', at this stage. Address and Delivery Address details can be filled out on the next page. Click "Edit" to input Delivery Address. This will be saved for next time and the delivery options will appear in the drop-down menu on the first page - clever app! Hope this helps!
  • Is your food Gluten Free?
    As a dedicated Paleo Kitchen, we steer clear of wheat, rye, barley, and their derivatives in all our creations – making everything naturally 'gluten-free!' While our menu items and cakes are proudly made to be free from gluten, I believe in full transparency. Mainly affecting our treat range, some of our base pantry ingredients come from suppliers who advise of the possibility of MINIMAL traces of allergens due to gluten processing in the same facility. Note that if you've enjoyed our treats in the past with no issue, you will continue to do so! The quest for 100% gluten-free ingredients aligns with my goal to transform into a fully GLUTEN-FREE Kitchen and aim for Coeliac Accreditation! In the meantime, we will operate as a GLUTEN FRIENDLY Kitchen, ensuring you have all the facts when choosing to enjoy our creations. Your health and wellness are our top priority, and rest assured, the journey to bring you the best continues!
  • Do you have accommodation at your Retreat?
    We primarily run day retreats but hope to include accommodation in the future.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
